The Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau (GMCVB) is in full swing for the 18th year of its Miami Spice Restaurant Program. Since its creation in 2001, one million meals have been served. As the 2019 season approaches, all indications point to a record year in terms of participating restaurants. The two-month program – from August 1 to September 30, 2019 – shows a diverse and constantly evolving culinary scene of Greater Miami and The Beaches and celebrates the amazing restaurants and talents that make Miami & Beaches one of the most delicious destinations in the nation. The sponsors of the 2019 Miami Spice Restaurant Program are ABSOLUT JUICE Strawberry & Apple, brought by the Favorite Vodka of Planet Earth, and Stella Artois. During the months of August and September, haute cuisine restaurants will offer three-course menus at reduced prices (US $ 23 per person for lunch and brunch / US $ 39 per person for dinner), giving visitors and residents the opportunity to please their palates.
