The «Dominican Fair of Real Estate, Business, Tourism, and Investments» to be held at the famous Dadeland Mall Miami.

Over a million shoppers visit Dadeland Mall each month…

MIAMI, Florida. October 2024.- Celebrating its 31st anniversary with very positive achievements, trade missions, networking, conferences, activities, and successful events, the Dominican International Business & Tourism Chamber Florida, Inc., with support from the Dominican Federation of Chambers and Organizations Abroad, Inc., based in Washington, D.C. and New York—along with other organizations from the Dominican Republic and Florida—is organizing the «2024 Real Estate, Business, Tourism, and Investment Expo» next month, from Friday, November 15 to Sunday, November 17, expecting more than three thousand visitors from different nationalities.

The Chamber President, Pedro Díaz Ballester, announced that the event will take place at the AC Hotel Miami at Dadeland Mall, located at the famous intersection of Kendall Drive (88th Street), the Palmetto Expressway, and US 1 Highway, highlighting the importance of “Location, Location, Location,” which is the first thing to consider in real estate, business, and investments. For this occasion, major companies and institutions with attractive offers of various products and services, especially from the east side, have enthusiastically joined the Expo Fair, increasing opportunities in real estate, logistics, international trade, marketing, finance, tourism, and investments.

“Our Chamber encourages you to do business and attract investments from the powerful residents of KENDALL, CORAL GABLES, COCOPLUM, DOWNTOWN DADELAND, KENDALL LAKES, HAMMOCKS, SOUTH MIAMI, PINECREST, DEERING ESTATES, PALMETTO BAY, CORAL GATES, and other nearby areas, whose residents have some of the highest incomes and buying power in all of Miami-Dade,” he emphasized.

This major event will bring together entrepreneurs, executives, professionals, investors, and leaders, promoting investment and trade opportunities between the Dominican Republic and Florida, with a focus on Miami-Dade, facilitating interaction between exhibitors and attendees, activating business opportunities, establishing valuable contacts, and fostering commercial growth.

“Also, since the Mall is right next to the Palmetto, it’s just minutes away from DORAL, WESTCHESTER, WEST MIAMI, HIALEAH, BROWARD, etc., especially on weekends, so this essentially means a very broad audience that will have the valuable opportunity to present and showcase their offerings in real estate, business, tourism, international trade, finance, and investments,” said Diaz Ballester.

“Dominican Republic is in vogue”:

The president of the Dominican International Business and Tourism Chamber pointed out that they aim to connect buyers with sellers, including Dominican and American investors, as well as Hispanics interested in acquiring goods, products, services, or activating joint ventures, representations, and partnerships. The participating companies and institutions come from various sectors of international trade, real estate, tourism, agribusiness, food, among others.

Diaz Ballester stated that the Dominican Republic is one of the main countries experiencing economic growth in the Americas, which is a significant factor in attracting foreign investment, not only as a traditional exporter of coffee, sugar, and tobacco, but especially in sectors like tourism, telecommunications, construction, health, and free trade zones, which diversify the local offerings.

Exhibitors will be able to invite potential clients from South Florida and nearby areas for the opening with officials, congress members, mayors, Chambers of Commerce, Associations, and Media, as well as throughout the weekend with attractive activities. They will make new connections at the MEET and NETWORK event with entrepreneurs, small businesses, corporations, representatives from the official sector, promoters, real estate agents, and experts in dynamic economic sectors.

Attractive activities:

The “Dominican Real Estate, Business, Tourism, and Investment Expo” will feature conferences and panels presenting investment opportunities, an inaugural reception, recognitions, networking, as well as other events covering a broad program of activities over those three days, where influential figures from both the public and private sectors will come together.

The “Real Estate, Tourism, Business, and Investment Expo” will kick off on Friday, November 15, at 6:00 PM, with a business reception that will include recognition awards for companies, institutions, and individuals for their support of the Chamber and/or their contributions to business between Miami and Florida with the Dominican Republic.

The activities prior to the opening of the Expo and Conferences will begin that Friday at 4 PM with the panel “International Trade, Agribusiness, Commerce, Transportation, and Logistics between South Florida and the Dominican Republic.” I emphasize the key presentations in Spanish and English on “Investment Opportunities in Real Estate and Tourism in the Dominican Republic” during that weekend.

I highlight that a true Dominican atmosphere can’t be without the joy that characterizes us, which is why there will be live music with Maestro Alejandro Vargas, raffles for trips and vacations to Punta Cana, Puerto Plata, Santo Domingo, and other enticing destinations in the Dominican Republic, and more will be present during the Fair, from November 15 to 17, at Dadeland Mall.

Diaspora and international investors:

Diaz Ballester, recognized nationally and internationally for his initiatives over almost five decades, particularly for the development of relationships between the Dominican Republic and the United States, with an emphasis on Florida, highlighted that the awards presented will impact thousands of Dominicans abroad. They will be able to witness the event through presentations organized in several cities, aimed at ensuring the diaspora is informed and enjoys the event and its content, which will serve as information, guidance, and motivation while also boosting confidence for entrepreneurs, executives, and international investors.

The DOMINICAN FEDERATION of CHAMBERS and ORGANIZATIONS abroad (a nonprofit organization), active in Washington, D.C., New York, Toronto, Montreal, Madrid, Barcelona, Castellón, among other cities, along with the DOMINICAN INTERNATIONAL CHAMBER of BUSINESS & TOURISM, Inc., in Miami and Orlando, are coordinating these presentations while celebrating their 31st Anniversary.
