The president of the elected council, Michelle Fernandez, who is the senior vice president of management and head of compliance at BCI, Miami Branch, will be accompanied by Vice Presidents Andres Fernandez,Holland & Knight Partner and Wayne Shah,Wells Fargo’s vice president of global financial institutions. The position of vice president and secretary will be held by Dilian Schultz,who serves as senior vice president and head of first Horizon corporate loan team; while the rest of the managers will be Jordi Torras,CFO of Banco Sabadell; Tony Bejarano,general manager of BICSA, Ivan Garces,senior advisory director of Kaufman & Rossin and legal adviser: Kimberly Prior,partner of the firm Shutts & Bowen.
