Chicago, IL– BDO USA, LLP, one of the nation’s leading accounting and consulting
organizations, announced that André Robledo has joined Miami’s Transaction Advisory
Services practice as Managing Director. In this role, Mr. Robledo is responsible for leading transaction advisory engagements for both strategic and financial buyers, corporate clients, and public entities. He will oversee buy-side and sell-side transactions and guide clients through deal-related issues.

André has worked on more than 100 transactions across various industries in the middle
market, including industrial products, manufacturing and distribution, food and beverage,
healthcare, consumer products and retail. André performed both buy- and sell-side services as well as working capital calculations and other agreed upon procedures projects. He most recently managed multiple debt facilities, treasury, and FP&A for a multinational private company, and directed the integration of large asset portfolio acquisitions that doubled the company’s size. André spent 12 years in public accounting where he led all aspects of domestic and cross-border due diligence projects, primarily in Latin America, for U.S.-based private equity and strategic investors.
André received a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Miami.
